I help game studios and publishers make smarter marketing decisions.
I work with PC and console teams as an independent consultant and marketing partner. I help studios understand their audience, shape their game's story, and build strategies that drive long term growth.

- •Turning attention into wishlists and engagement
About me
I'm a marketing consultant for PC and console games, and the founder of my own consulting practice that helps game studios ship smarter campaigns and launches.
For more than a decade I've worked with indie teams, mid-sized studios, and publishers around the world. I help developers bring clarity to their marketing: shaping positioning, fixing weak funnels, improving store presence, and building repeatable systems instead of one-off stunts.
My approach is simple: understand the game, understand the players, then design marketing that actually moves the needle. I don't chase cheap hype - I build real momentum that moves a game forward.
I enjoy working with studios that value craftsmanship, honesty, and long-term thinking. If your game has potential but your marketing feels scattered, I help turn that into a clear plan, confident decisions, and visible progress.

HOW I WORK
How the process works
A clear, repeatable process for your game marketing, from Steam and store assets to analytics, creators and launch planning.
1. Build a clear marketing plan for your game
I help you create a full marketing plan from announcement to launch. We define all key beats, assess your resources and map out a realistic path for how the game will build attention over time.
2. Improve the key things players see first
We improve the things players see first. Steam page, trailer, messaging, and the way your game is framed. Everything is aligned around one clear signal players immediately understand.
3. Build a simple content and creator process that drives wishlists
I help your team build a consistent process for content creation, influencer collaboration, TikTok and YouTube activity, social channels, occasional Reddit moments and optional paid support. The goal is a simple system that keeps attention growing without burning your team out.
4. Prepare and refine the launch
We shape the launch plan, set priorities, structure the timeline, track the key metrics and adjust the strategy as you move toward release and through launch week.
